Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, we require a minimum of 5 full days’ notice before the commencement of the club at the beginning of term.  Refunds will be subject to a 10% deduction to cover administration and payment processing charges. Please contact us within the specified timeframe to initiate the refund process. Refunds requested after this period may not be processed.
